Absolutely horrible experience. Received a dress that had a stain on it. Reached out and owners had no sense of urgency. They requested I clean the dress instead of sending a new non scuffed dress. I reached out after cleaning it which took me a couple months because of some personal health issues and the marking never came off. Then I reached out on their Instagram and they deleted the comments. Unbelievable.
I live in Houston and bought a dress at ths store a few years ago. I got back to the hotel and it ddnt fit properly. Noone warned me taht I could not return. When I went to return it just hours later then was told I could only have a gift card. I said I was from out of town and was told I could shop online - yeah right! Three years and $300 later and I still have the giftcard. They do a horrible job of maintainig their website and most of the items listed are sold. Still nothiing...
When you own a business in a tourist town there should be a little leeway on exchange policy for the $400 dress bought as a gift that doesn't fit ... Just saying -
