I've dealt with them many times and always had great Service and was treated like family most of the times if it wasn't major it was fixed on the spot or same day with way cheaper prices than what I was used to.
Complete rip-off, they'll tell you one price, and charge you another. They did not fix my mower but still tripled the agreed price. They kept my mower for nearly 18 months, and didn't fix it.
Horrible service, I do not recommend at all
