I fitted out an entire large three bed apartment, including all lounge and dining furniture. Elk Valley Furniture was outstanding! Their service was excellent.... very punctual, very reliable, very knowledgeable about their products. They delivered and installed everything with care and attention to detail.... without damaging walls or floors. Price was also very acceptable. For sure, go look everywhere else.... but purchase from Elk Valley Furniture.
Customer service is the best. Joe was so great to deal with and even came to our house when they brought our new chairs. He inspected the chairs and found a small flaw and is working on getting us a discount. He kept us informed during the entire process of purchasing and delivery. We are so lucky to have such a great store in Fernie where the service and quality is the best. Thanks Joe for everything.

Ordered a custom couch and had it delivered within the time they estimated! They dropped it off and put it together for me efficiently. Great customer service and very competitive prices. Will be a returning customer!
