2023. I fitted out an entire large three bed luxury short term rental apartment, including all lounge, bed, and dining furniture, from Joe at Elk Valley Furniture Studio in Fernie. Joe was outstanding! Their service was excellent.... very punctual, very reliable, and very knowledgeable about their products. They delivered and installed everything with care and attention to detail.... without damaging walls or floors. Price was also very acceptable. Buy furniture from the nicest, wisest man- Jo 🫶
Do not recomend buying anything from these guys. They will sell you a overpriced peice of furniture but if there are any problems after sales they will treat you like you are a inconvenience, and tell you that it is off warranty but they fought for you to get it fixed, but a quick look on the manufacturer website will tell you different. Save your time and money and go to Ashley in Cranbrook

Each time we have found their products to be competitively priced for value and they have been great to work with. I just love this store. They have such a nice selection of furnishings. The customer service is top notch. I recently had an issue with a recliner I purchased. Joe went over and above to provide personalized excellent customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend this store. I am a repeat customer and look forward to purchasing more furnishings from Joe when the time comes
