As a Realtor I understand what customer service means. The service I receive every time I bank at the Elk Grove branch of Wintrust with Anastasia and Daniyal is second to none!
I just tried to close an account with this bank and was discriminated against for trying to use a passport as an ID...absolute joke of a bank not sure how they are fdic insured. They mislead me when I initially set up the account and now wont accept a FEDERALLY ACCEPTED DOCUMENT so I can close an account that they are stealing money from under the guise of a dormant fee. Incompetent thieves!
