An Elk n Elk attny i had, quit n chickened out right before the trial started. He said he c would send me my case files. 2 weeks later, after leaving voicemails- I still don't have anything. Which IS MY Property, not his. When it came time for him to put out costs for court fees, witness fees etc- that is when he backstabber me- but when the Judge took him into Judfe's chambers, without je- he lied n exaggerated to the judge- smearing me- so he could get the courts permission to legally be dismissed..as tteccoward that he mu... read more
