Thoroughly DISAPPOINTED!! If I'm spending $130 (not including the tip), I should feel completely pampered and my eyebrows should come out PERFECT........every time! Every visit always felt tense and rushed. Eliza is always multi-tasking while not focusing on the person that sitting in her chair. She's constantly yelling at the receptionist, walking around; scolding people thru out the office; never fully paying attention to the client.
