Truly unique work that you won't find anywhere else. Amazing attention-drawing colors that disrupt modern-home styling or fit in perfectly with the beach-house vibe! It's really hard to describe until you see it above your couch.
I simply love Eliza's work. I've only been in New Smyrna Beach for 18 months and have already bought two paintings...one from her studio at the Hub and one commission piece. Eliza Midgett is bursting with creative energy. Her excitement for expression and art is infectious. She is not shy and neither is her art. Eliza stuns us with colors that are unexpected and fresh, her designs deliberately carry us all over the canvas to contemplate her easter eggs. Her abstracted landscapes are fantastic compositions that float our eyes from place to place, each time discovering something new, something we had previously overlooked. These are pieces that breathe life in exciting new ways.
Eliza is my favorite artist in New Smyrna Beach! Her colorful characters and scenic pieces bring a smile to everyone’s faces! I have purchased and gifted several prints and have an original (see photo) in my beachside condo! I’m always peeking to see what she’s working on next! Highly recommend! Edited to add: my latest installation, “Mangrove Masquerade!”
We were fairly happy living in our 50 shades of gray world, but then we happened upon an Eliza Midgett Colors painting and our lives became so much more colorful and vibrant and interesting! Thank you Eliza!!!
