Very Disappointed in the care my relative received at Bermuda Run Nursing and Rehab. The center was fairly new and the family was excited to get a bed in this facility. However, after just 2-6 weeks we were very disappointed and looking for another facility. Very Few staff wore ID's and we could not tell Nurses from CNAs nor did we know names of employees. Hello I left a review yesterday but I'd like to leave one more I don't understand why there's no staff while there's no night time management and I would also like to know why certain parts of the employees of that facility have to be there till 1:00 in the morning letting contractors out letting contractors in and telling c&a's how to do their job all because there's no management there at night time from what I just have been told this place is really went downhill since Liberty took over in October of 2019 it used to be b... read more
