When my grandmother was in ENC our experience was great. The Business manager and Social worker was very helpful. Always got calls back and emails. The staff was so helpful and so friendly. Last review is 100% wrong!!!
VERY POOR BUSINESS WORK ETHIC!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, SOCIAL WORKER IN PARTICULAR! DON'T HOLD BREATH WAITING ON A RETURN CALL FROM SOCIAL WORKER ALTHOUGH SHE 'S PROBABLY IN OFFICE WHEN YOU CALL. THE CORPORATE OFFICE, TRIAD GROUP, ISN'T MUCH HELP EITHER! When you have a sickly member in a nursing facility, you should have them somewhere where the staff at least pretend to care, this facility ISN'T one of those places!
