Need to make a complaint about a tenant validating something that has already being told several times not to do. And no one I mean no one is on the property including the temporary maintenance guy. Everyone has been gone for almost 3 hours. From 12p.m. to 2:26p.m.
My experience at Elizabeth Wright Apartments for the last two and a half years has not been good the manager Michaela Malisham is not a people person she is very unprofessional she is not fit to run two properties it's a lot of favoritism I received a lease violation for my son being there when she's letting multiple people live in people's apartments that are not on the lease also at Camilla Gardens and at Elizabeth Wright Apartments she smokes with the residents it use to be a nice place to live until she took over the pro... read more
I would just like to share my experience with coming to the property to visit my aunt who lives at ehw and I must say out of the 3 years she has been living there the new maintenance man Dre has always been polite and respectful whenever I come to visit he is a very hard worker
