I have benefited so much from working with Emily at Elizabeth Roger’s PT. She is so knowledgeable and breaks everything down in ways that not only resonate for the exercise but also for daily life. The amount of time she is able to spend with me 1:1 during an appointment is a game changer. I have improved so much in the short time I’ve been working with her. I highly recommend her.
I cannot say enough good things about Elizabeth Rogers PT. I am seeing Paige and in our first session she really dove into understaning me and my problem(s). She identified a couple issues I am having and is addressing them with incredble care and expertise. Paige also did Dry Needling on me and I got some immediate relief from hip and knee pain, it was amazing. Very thoughtful and wonderful care. They were there and available when I really needed help.
I went to my first appointment with pain in my hamstring that radiated down to my foot and interrupted my sleep. My therapist and I worked through soft tissue work and exercises that have relieved the pain and strengthened the muscles. And I understand now how all the parts of my leg work together. I’m very happy with the treatment and the exercise program recommended.
