This place only cares for the clients when they're being watched but the second you turn around they don't care about your loved one or family member. They only keep clients they don't have to actually work with and that's just so sad, because the second you try to hold them accountable or give special instructions to better assist and care for the client, they will complain to each other then kick your loved one from the program. Overworking what is already a lazy staff, a selfish and incompetent board of directors, impatient and hateful workers that only care about themselves, and will remove your loved one from the program when you ask them to care for the client. Some workers are loving and kind and the bad DEFINITELY outweighs what is supposed to be a loving and caring environment. What a shame, the only positive reviews you see are staff, but honesty comes from the families who use their services.
