Elizabeth listens to your needs, but verbal and what your body physically communicates. Book book book!
I had such a genuinely great experience today. From the moment I arrived, I felt comfortable and truly listened to, which set the tone for the entire session. The massage itself was incredible, relaxing but also very effective at working through the tension I’ve been holding. I left feeling noticeably better, looser, and so much more relaxed.
