I strongly advise against choosing any Elizabeth Residence (Oak Creek, Franklin, New Berlin, Racine, or North Shore). The quality of these facilities depends on their leadership, and unfortunately, they are all owned by the same individual. I echo the sentiments expressed in Steve Horn's review below. I agree with the previous reviewer. Apparently Oak Creek and Franklin facilities have a lot in common. DO NOT send your loved one here.
Do not send your family member here. Extremely short staffed on every shift but first. There have been times its just 2 workers on second and 1 on third with 20 residents and most are 2 person assist. These residents deserve better care and managment does nothing to stop abuse from a lady on first shift who was caught abusing residents and recieved a 4 day suspension with pay and then came back still being mean to residents.
