They have Racist kitchen staff & no ones has done anything about it .
The entire staff at Elizabeth Residence took exceptional care of my Dad for over 2 years. Dana, Amy, Bonnie, Sheila, Louise and the rest of the team made us feel like family. Dunia, Dawn and the Badger hospice team were also very enjoyable. He was a very picky eater and loved the food too! These are very special folks, don’t hesitate to have them look after your loved one.
I strongly advise against choosing any Elizabeth Residence (Oak Creek, Franklin, New Berlin, Racine, or North Shore). The quality of these facilities depends on their leadership, and unfortunately, they are all owned by the same individual. I echo the sentiments expressed in Steve Horn's review below. Very similar issues occurred at the Franklin location where my father was a resident.
