Disappointed with my consultation today. I mostly blame myself but posting so others are aware and avoid the same mistake. My tax situation is not complex. I just wanted someone to file my taxes and tell me if I needed to make any adjustments. I was in the consultation for less than 15 minutes when the rep quoted me $1,200 to do my taxes. I declined and she promptly took my credit card for a $200 consultation charge. Doesn't seem right.
I came to Elizabeth Bartlett and her team after years of trying to find a good fit for my small business accounting. They brought me in for a very informative consultation, followed up immediately, and have made all document uploading and document requests easy to understand and complete. They also reviewed my prior year's return and amended it for a significant refund. I am so grateful for Elizabeth and her knowledgeable team.
