I've worked with Elizabeth Bartlett CPA for over 10 years and have received excellent service. She and her team ask the right questions needed to ensure the bookkeeping for our multiple rental businesses are maintained and that our tax filings are completed correctly. We file in multiple states, and she is with us each step of the way. I highly recommend this team to anyone looking for quality accounting services, especially in the field of real estate management and investment.
Disappointed with my consultation today. I mostly blame myself but posting so others are aware and avoid the same mistake. My tax situation is not complex. I just wanted someone to file my taxes and tell me if I needed to make any adjustments. I was in the consultation for less than 15 minutes when the rep quoted me $1,200 to do my taxes. I declined and she promptly took my credit card for a $200 consultation charge. Doesn't seem right.
