The whole process went smoothly, so I did not hesitate to contact her again to certify some identity documents for my husband. Again this was completed very efficiently. Elizabeth is an extremely calm, kind person and I would be happy to recommend her services.
Beyond incompetent, all l wanted was a simple will change. Took my original will, l never saw it again. Every time I phoned she was never there and would never return my calls or emails. If I did get through it would be one lame excuse after another. I eventually gave up and went elsewhere and it was done a week by another firm.
