I found the Admin. Asst. Tatiana Sierra to be very rude, condesending and answering my emails before looking at my case and send incorrect information.
Follow up to my review - happy to say that Ms. McMahon called me back to inquire about the incident. I truly appreciate that.

Garbage. The most basic QDRO imaginable is still not completed after 6 months. Customer service is abysmal, and attorney mchahon won't do her job to see it through requiring me to make calls and do her job for her.
