I was transferred to this nursing home to get rehab after an accident in February 23. I was put on the top floor. When I got there the radiator was on full and unable to turn it off due to it being broken. The toilet was doing its own thing during the night this was a fault that I am led to believe due to the age of the house. The room that I was put in had the lift workings in the roof where I was expected to sleep. I am currently staying at Elizabeth House for respite following an accident. I honestly cannot praise the wonderful staff enough for their kindness, patience, hard work, caring and love. My room is lovely and my bed is so comfortable and the staff literally cannot do enough for me and nothing is too much trouble for them.
