Very diseptive. Her service showed up in Google maps near where I live. Called and discovered she is in florida. So I did give her info & sent her a message and no response.

She told me she's too busy and DIDN'T HAVE ANYONE CHECKING HER WORK!!! She almost made an $8000 mistake that I could have been penalized for, but I reviewed her work and caught it. But she tried to play it off like it was no big deal. I wouldn't trust her to ever do my taxes again. She was extremely unprofessional and did not communicate well. 1 year later - I was informed by the NC Department of Revenue that I owe penalties and fees because I paid my taxes late. Ms. Brown filed an extension on my behalf and NEVER disclosed ... read more
