RecommendedWow... We just had a couples massage today and just WOW. Amazing place with serene atmosphere that is just what we needed after dealing with so much COVID bs. Can’t recommend them enough.

I was in Providence for a weekend away, but not away from my months-long back pain I had been going through. After having another awful night of bad sleep in my hotel room, I woke up in pain and immediately called Eliza Williams for a last minute appointment which was booked the same day. The spa and rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Everyone was very professional and kind. I had a wonderful deep tissue massage, and the best news yet - my back pain is completely gone! Thank you so much for a fantastic experience.
I have been coming here for years, and I have always had a positive experience.
I didn't receive services from this Spa so I can't comment on that but as far as their return policies go I have to say they are seriously inadequate, so if your'e purchasing a gift certificate and make a mistake make sure you don't need the money credited back to you for 2 weeks.
The massage therapist and the esthetician are out of this world I will definitely recommend and will be back soon!
