Rich and the team at elite expo, make it easy. I'm a very busy national speaker and used to take my booth with me by car or in a lot of luggage(multiple oversized and extra bags). Dragging everything from car to airport to rental car to exhibit floor took hours or days longer and often hurt my shoulder or back. I used this company to ship my display from Florida to Vegas and back to Ontario, Canada after the convention. I was offered $50 for the damage and was told by their controller Helen that I was lucky I wasn't made to jump thru more hoops to get that. At no point was I ever informed of or opted out of some sort of insurance. After spending over $3000 CAN on shipping This is what I was offered. I didn't even ask for the replacement value of the tv just the shipping portion returned to me. I thought that was fair...
