Worldwide Elite Transportation is without a doubt the BEST Uber Black/Premium service and driver I have ever had! The business owner, Adam, is so professional, kind, punctual and has that magic touch that just makes you feel safe! (Semper Fi!) Terrible had an appointment today they didn’t show up and then said oh you weren’t on our list then their dispatch going sorry for us being unprofessional and then proceeded not to say anything

Had a ride today for an appointment at 7:30. My appointment was done around 8:40. My driver had left me. Upon contacting him, he stated he tried to call me (I didn’t have service in the doctor’s office), he had another appointment and had to leave me. I had to wait until 11:30 for another driver to arrive. This is the poorest NEMT service I’ve ever had. I would NOT recommend. One appointment should not be abandoned to begin another. Poor scheduling and poor customer service to rectify the issue.
