My good friend had his Ps5 brought there. They determined it would take about 2 weeks. In 4 months they barely did anything with it. And the excuse we received from a very impolite lady was that "we focus on phones first. Cause people need their phones more." That would've been nice to have been told before taking his money. I Dropped off my kids tablet and asked the worker a estimated time on fixing it he said 2 weeks... it's been almost 2 months. I did have to sign a letter saying no calling the business or pay $50 but how am i suppose to know about my device
