This is the only establishment of its kind I care to shop at. I’m always greeted with friendly faces and kind words. Even though I take a few minutes to make my choices, they are patient with me. 10/10, will recommend.
Lara is the best part of this store and the store is great! She is a terrific help in selecting your products and very gracious. I’ll be back.
Bought a water pipe here this week. Went home and the down stem scrapes the bottom of the glass and does not fit properly. Went back to get a proper down stem today and they said they didn’t have a down stem that would fit properly. Instead of refunding the item or giving a proper piece that works they sent me on my way.
Love the fact that it is two seconds from my house. We all know that so many of these shops exist… but it’s the friendly neighborhood business owner that you get to know and you notice that he gets to know you as well along with all of his other customers. I am speaking about a specific owner who is my go to… (Bri) I hope that this store becomes one of the neighborhood businesses I’m referring too. Good luck to everyone there on your new journey..✌🏼💕
