Bought a water pipe here this week. Went home and the down stem scrapes the bottom of the glass and does not fit properly. Went back to get a proper down stem today and they said they didn’t have a down stem that would fit properly. Instead of refunding the item or giving a proper piece that works they sent me on my way.
Love the fact that it is two seconds from my house. We all know that so many of these shops exist… but it’s the friendly neighborhood business owner that you get to know and you notice that he gets to know you as well along with all of his other customers.
