Love the fact that it is two seconds from my house. We all know that so many of these shops exist… but it’s the friendly neighborhood business owner that you get to know and you notice that he gets to know you as well along with all of his other customers. I’m delighted with this store! The product quality is outstanding, and the staff is amazing – always friendly and ready to help with any choice. When I switched from nicotine cigarettes to nicotine-free ones, they explained the differences between the brands thoroughly and clearly, which was incredibly helpful. The assortment is vast, so everyone can find something to suit their taste. Now, I buy only here and highly recommend it to anyone who values excellent service and high-quality products.
The staff there is super helpful with helping you pick the best product for you. They also started carrying a new vape called ozar it tastes amazing and is super convenient definitely something I'm gonna buy again
This place has changed for the worse. Maybe don't say "we only do multiple item discounts for people who buy 10-15 at a time" to someone who's been coming in every week for 2 years. What exactly does loyalty mean to you? On top of being talked down to in general. Used to go here a lot and customer service was the main reason I kept coming back because their prices keep going up and up more than anywhere else in the area, now it's awful. New ownership I believe. I will be making a different smoke shop my regular from now on.
I love this spot! Always so clean and the staff is very professional and friendly! Especially Lara, she’s always so sweet, kind and very helpful!
