3 weeks after ordering and still no communication or order. they were fast at taking my money but no shipment. no wonder they're closing.
Horrid QC company, caveat emptor should be their tag line! Ordered a single item on a Monday: no updates, communications or email responses a week after placing my order. Thankfully I paid via PayPal, which made disputing the transaction easy.

BUY FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE!! Placed an order online. Says I will receive an email about shipping. A month passes, still nothing. I email, no response. I email again and nothing. I reach out to PayPal and the next day I get a response…then I’m told that the item is shipped and delivered..WHAT? So, I email them again and no response. Email another time with no response.
