Chris and his team at Elite got me up and running again - literally! I had extensive ankle surgery and the recovery/rehab was rough. The team at Elite created an environment where I was comfortable expressing how I was feeling, whether it be satisfaction or frustration, and I felt heard at every appointment. I sincerely appreciate the patience, expertise, and support from Chris and his team!
I developed hip flexor tendinitis 7 months after a hip replacement. Sara Wolbert was my therapist at Elite Therapy. She worked diligently with me, providing appropriate stretches and strengthening exercises, and competent manual work on the muscles and tendons that were tight and jammed. She shared her knowledge of the anatomy that was impacted and saw me through a rough time with kindness, understanding and professionalism.
