We were looking for a company to help us with our WiFi signal strength and RTI remotes. Elite AV was recommended to us. Brian came out to our house and went over what the WiFi upgrade would consist of. He was also able to tell us what was wrong with our remotes. Brian was incredibly knowledgeable about all the ins and outs of what we needed to do to upgrade. He was very professional and up front with the issues of our current system. We had Elite Theater reconfigure our network and move all of our equipment down to the basement. Brian did a great job of explaining what he was going to do in simple terms so we understood. We have some other AV projects that we may eventually want to do, and he helped us prioritize of what to do now and what to hold on to for later. When his team came to do the work they were efficient and polite, and answered all of our questions. I would definitely recommend Elite Theater!
Elite did a professional job of designing and installing my entertainment system. While doing a superb job, Elite technicians are always pleasant and responsive.
