I recently called this company to inquire about servicing my Samsung laptop. Although they don’t handle this Samsung product, their customer service was outstanding. They took the time to walk me through the process of contacting Samsung directly to get my issue resolved. Their professionalism and willingness to help were impressive. I highly recommend reaching out to them for any tech issues you might have – their guidance and support are top-notch.

Thomas has repaired multiple broken screens for me over the years. Last year I had a MacBook cleared out & updated as a gift to my boyfriend.
