Driver said he would be there to pick me up in 15-20 minutes when I called. Shows up 35 minutes later, no apology. Charges me $20 to drive less than a mile, less than 4 minutes. Driver clearly knows this is borderline theft and starts rambling incoherently about how this is how all taxi services do their pricing now (really?) Tells me that they charge a $20 flat fee now, no matter where you go. He tells me if I want to go all the way out to the airport, it's only $20!
