The service is great but poor communication I did my tax with them on the 2/07/20 was hoping i would get it two weeks after, later I found out I did not sign the forms which they had initially told me that they would send it to me straight away on the 2/07/20 but turns out I had called them up just to remind them them on the 15/07/20 to sign it. I understand that they have other customers to deal with but sort out the one's you have dealt with before to ensure all documents are signed.
