Most professional service ever
I went here for the first time as a suggestion from someone who has been going here for years. First and foremost they charge far more than they state verbally. I was quoted $350 but they took nearly $750+ and stated it’s due to banking and electronic fees. I guess that’s the fine print they don’t tell you about. Most other companies have a clear price. So next I felt as if my city taxes were not filed properly due to my working in Detroit and Flint. They absolutely did not file Flint and had me owe Detroit a stupid amount. ... read more

They never answer the phone I've called numerous times
I haven't had any problems and have recieved fast and frequently service. My taxes was complete before I finished filing out necessary paperwork which I can appreciate. Also I will say to anyone who may think about going to Elite to make sure you have all your ducks in a row like, be honest, have proper documents, think about questions to ask before arriving for clarification purposes and don't have fraudulent intent then get mad and cast false judgment because your dishonest plans didn't get the results you were looking for... read more
