Turbo messed up my taxes and although they say they help, THEY DO NOT!!! I called MULTIPLE times and get a different answer from people who seem to be looking up questions on a computer. Elite helped me get it all resolved without looking up information on a computer. Loved the help even though it’s last minute filing. They were kind, professional and knowledgeable! TEN stars if I could!!!

This company is just an bad as the IRS. They charge me $300 dollars to prepare a simple 1040 single no dependents. It took them 10 minutes to do my taxes. I had a w-2 and a 1099R. Don't use them.
