Very professional
I was supposed to have had my taxes complete by one Jackia Clark. Usually when she completes them she asks me to review them. This time she told me the fee in which I agreed upon. Then she attempted to complete my returns in which as I reviewed them there was a lot of vital information missing that concerned my minor child and my son that is a college student. Just stop looking this is who you want to prepare your taxes!! I did my research and I could not be happier with Elite! An extremely difficult tax return which we assumed we would be paying a ton and it was the exact opposite! Recently I needed advice on an inheritance issue and they spent an hour on the phone with me! Very accommodating and professional at a reasonable price!
The staff was fabulous and the tax preparer was knowledgable.
