LAUGHABLE SERVICE! I spent 1h and $170 just to get a printout of 4 exercises. Literally that's it! And when I pointed out that one of them acrually aggregates the injury, they just crossed it out and said to do the other 3. I could've googled it and spent zero time and money.
I first attended Elite after tearing my ACL and meniscus and now again after surgery. I have been seeing Brett Whitla (Transcona location)and she is absolutely awesome!! I would highly recommend her! She is very helpful, caring, and takes the time to explain things clearly. She reassured me when I needed it, and I definitely felt heard. I would like to highlight the exceptional treatment I received from Ricky Paggao. It is the best treatment I have ever had for my knee pain and the functional dry needling was mind-blowing. The results were instant. It was painful for me to go up and down the stairs before I went to him for treatment. And after a single one hour session, I was able to run up and down the stairs.
