Wonderful med spa experience! The staff was professional and welcoming, the space was clean and relaxing, and the service exceeded my expectations. I felt well cared for and would definitely recommend.
I purchased a Groupon for a specific service, and I live over an hour away from this location. At no point did they mention that there would be an “evaluation” to determine whether I qualified for the service I already paid for. When I arrived, they looked at me for no more than a few seconds and told me I “did not qualify.” There was no real consultation, no questions about my health, history, or goals, and no professional evaluation of any kind.
