Very unprofessional organization. Sent emails to our business, which included profanity and derogatory remarks to one of our employees. This happened because Elite sent the wrong VIN (they can't count to 17 apparently) and expected our business to take care of the issue for them. I would give a zero if this were an available choice.

Poor This company was highly recommended to our Financial Institution. We passed along an account of which had been quite difficult (repossession). After 30 days without any contact, I called our agent to check on status. Was informed by 'agent' that this person's family member was so rude to her that she (Elite employee) couldn't work the rest of the day. REPO AND SKIP This company was highly recommended by another CU Manger, but my experience was beyond terrible. 8 months or so passed with no help from Elite. We hired a PI and received a new address which we forwarded to Elite with no results. We closed the file and opened a new file with Centurion Auto Recovery, they had our truck at the address we gave Elite within 24 hours!
