If I could give less than a star I would. VERY UNRELIABLE. The school bus may come and then again it may not it’s literally a toss up everyday with the kids standing outside in the cold. They may text and say they will be 20 mins late or they may not 🤷🏾♀️ the first bus my son was on never came AT ALL only did the drop offs after school. They switched his bus and the new bus is still iffy. Calling the bus company won’t help at all. Good luck
My apts took longer than usual, driver waited - very much appreciated
My driver was actually 15 minutes early but she came from quite a distance and I was ready, Very pleasant and an excellent driver. I arrived at my appt 30 miles away during rush hour in plenty of time. She is top notch!
