This is one of the worst medi-cab companies I've ever used. They not only make me go to my doctors appointment an hour early but in the middle of my therapy appointment they start calling to pick me up. Today I called and verified my appointment and the dispatch told me they would be here between 2:00 and 2:30 PM. My appointment is for 3:00.
