I needed a car because I was having repairs done I called and spoke with Juan who was very helpful and kind he made the process very simple and upon my arrival I met another Amazing man by the name of Edwin whom shown what excellent customer service looks like and I am so blessed to have met both men and Elite service gets the business every time from me !!!!!!

A total ripoff. You book for one price and when you return on time earlier then you drop off time. You’re still charged a total different price. I will never use them again. I paid 600.00 for three days.
