Juan is Simply amazing! Hassle free! Exceptional customer service!! After getting hassled at another company that I’m familiar with & had reservations that pushed back my traveling time for my child’s spring break vacation. I went in to Elite at 8:35am with no reservation and was in a car in less than 15 mins. This will be #1 rental option from now on!
