Juan was amazing first class all the way not to much hassle I plan on using Juan and Elite again very soon !
Our experience with Juan at Elite was exceptional. We were so happy we booked them again. The check in and check out process was simple and rates were very reasonable. If you’re needing to rent a vehicle this should be your first stop!
From the moment the shuttle picked me up at the airport, to having my vehicle ready, to extending my rental and then dropping it off. The experience was all exceptional and just amazing customer service. I can’t say enough about Elite Rent-A-Car they have won my business. Thank you for taking care of every little detail.

Very disappointing experience with this rental car agency, especially at the 10001 Westheimer Rd location. The price advertised online was completely different from the price they quoted me when I arrived at the location. The actual price was significantly higher than what was shown online, which felt very misleading. On top of that, the customer service from the employee at this location was extremely poor.
