They charged me extra fees out of nowhere when I rented a sedan
Absolutely love this rental place. The staff were very nice and polite. The front desk guy was very helpful he answered all my concerns about the car. The rental car was very clean and had no issues with it. Love it !!!
Polite staff and very easy rental! Will be back!
We had an amazing experience renting from the 5900 Southwest location. Albert was a wonderful host when helping me choose a car. He explained everything in great detail and I was able to understand all of the rules and requirements easily to successfully rent a car. I will definitely be back at this location when visiting Houston, Texas in the future. 🖤
