Hailey at Elite is a wonderful trainer, physical therapist, and she has become a valued friend. No matter what I throw at her, she’s up to the challenge and she can troubleshoot workable options to help me reach my physical best. Back in December, I had knee surgery and she worked with me in the weeks before to quicken recovery. The surgeon was amazed by my progress and it was all due to her forethought. Having no prior knowledge of working out and exercising, I was really hesitant to just join a gym. All of the staff here have been super supportive in helping me understand the fundamentals and the importance of proper technique and training. They have also made it feel like the whole process has been specialized for my needs and goals. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking to better themselves!

I can’t say enough positive things. I have been with Pauline for many years. More recently I have gotten to work with Emily and Hailey. They have done such an amazing job for me. They motivate me. They keep me accountable. And they are keeping they fit and healthy.
