His expertise is unmatched and you will always leave feeling better than you come in with suggestions for things you can do at home and in the gym to further help your recovery and re/prehab. The sauna, cold plunge, and reboot services are awesome as well!

If you want a relaxing massage that only lasts a few hours, then there are many places to choose from. If you want to work on HEALING YOUR BODY and help it recover from stress and injury, then come here! I have had chronic pain from multiple surgeries and stressful jobs. Dane has gotten movement in my neck and shoulders that is lasting. His kindness and demeanor is a bonus to his knowledge, talent and reasonable pricing.
What can I say other than it was an experience I won't forget. Dane was consistent with the pressure throughout the entirety of the massage. Very verbal as for clarification of pressure tolerance. Two thumbs up, and three tears of relief down. He was knowledgeable about cupping techniques and use of the myofascial tools. Will definitely book again once I am done recovering from the two hour massage. Dane also isn't afraid to get deep into the muscle and tissue.
