I made the mistake of beleiving Mike from EPS was as supportive as Paul , who we sadly lost previously & got results . I had to constantly chase Mike for updates & third parties to EPS are not customer friendly. I assume this company only supports customers with the greatest financial rewards for themselves. So disappointed in the false hope promised . Think twice !!!

Mike and the team have been amazing throughout the entire process. Mike has been very responsive to emails and texts whenever we have had questions. Where to start? Mike has been beyond fantastic with helping me buy my first home. When he took a call after my flight landed at 9:00pm to finalise key bits of info to get my DIP sorted for the following day, I knew I was in good hands. Not once did I have to press for things to get done, with Mike moving as fast as I did at every step of the way. Brilliant advice and refreshing honesty.
