Communication was inconsistent. I had to reach out several times for updates, and only one attempt was made over two weeks. I was told the delay was due to the server waiting for a rental car to be able to make additional attempts. On a positive note, the refund was issued quickly once requested.
Paid for skip trace of a person in Kankakee being sued in a lawsuit. This agency gave me the address of a home that I found myself found on Google that the person sold in 2020 (verified by county records also free on line) and then another home he sold in 2024 (verified by county records also free on line). The point is....the information was not accurate in any way and 4 year old records show it's not accurate. Thankfully it only cost me $75, but I cannot in good conscience let this slip and would not recommend this company... read more

Literally the worst, paid for expedited service they were late. Tried again thinking maybe I cut it too close. I paid for same day service this next time and my client wasn’t served at all. There are much better cheaper options that actually deliver. Stay away unless you don’t mind undue case delays
