I called Elite in August and asked about serving the secretary of state. I was told it would take a few days. On September 1, I send them all the required documents. Here we are 27 days later and they still have not sent me the affidavit of service. I asked them to send me the original via certified mail and they asked me to send a check for $5 to do so. I did.
