I spent almost 21yrs on the teams after leaving the infantry. Anyone who knows our business can tell you that nobody tears up a body like we do. Mrs. Tara is an absolute necessary asset to anyone recovering from an injury, looking to advance in their physical field, or for the junior athletes looking to build a solid base that will last them a lifetime. I suffered from SI dysfunction and pain. Tara examined me, performed some manipulations and treatments and prescribed me correctives in the first visit. She follow up often to make sure I was progressing with my correctives and that I was doing well. I am now pain free as long as I follow her plan. Highly recommend
