It is true that exercise strengthens and improves physical pain. However, knowing what exercises help YOUR pain takes a professional who listens to you and communicates and demonstrates a personal plan for your issues. The welcome and introduction to Jeff was genuine and made me comfortable about beginning the therapy sessions. Jeff is amazing. His knowledge about my injury and the treatment gave me confidence about starting the therapy. His way of teaching combined with his personality and sense of humor made the session enjoyable but worked the needed areas.
The professionalism and customer service is beyond my initial expectations! The entire staff is very patient friendly and really encourages everyone to get the most out of their therapy. I would recommend Jeff and his staff to anyone!!
