The team at Elite in Madison are top notch. They truly care about your health and well being. I went in with two frozen shoulders, and after a couple of months of Jeff working with me, came through with much more mobility and less soreness and the tools and exercises to continue on my own. I would definitely go back if the need arose.
I just completed my final session at Elite PT in Madison. This entire team worked diligently to improve my health. Megan, at the front desk, does a great job handling insurance and scheduling. She helped me get more sessions approved. Greg worked with me, for months, to prevent rotator cuff surgery. He pushed me and my shoulder improved significantly. The atmosphere at Elite is positive and the service excellent. I have had all three of the therapists at one time or another over the past year or so. They are all good. I have become much healthier due to my time there.
This has been the best physical therapy group I have ever been associated with for rehab. It was actually a lot of fun and very effective. Jeff Hodges was my PT but any of them are great. We had a good time and lots of laughs but my shoulder was fully rehabbed. I actually looked forward to going. Never had that experience at any others. All are friends of mine now. I won’t go anywhere else.
They text me at 7am to make an appointment for a checkup?!? I canceled an appointment and never even went to this place. Not happy about being texted while I was asleep!
