Mathews a friendly gent, who has helped my body recover from injury and fatigue via regular sports massages. The value of the service is excellent, firstly every massage I have had has hit the spot and helped my condition, secondly I am equally impressed by the amount of extra help he provides. I really can't recommend Matt enough. I felt he really listened to what I was telling him and answered my questions comprehensively. I was nervous going to EPSM for the first time as I'd never had any kind of sports massage before and certainly don't consider myself an elite athlete! but I'm pleased I did, some of his advice has really sorted out ongoing niggling issues with my running and training. On a personal level Matt is very professional but also friendly and warm.
