Purchased the Colossus High Back Office Chair. Was billed $149.70 delivery charge for a flatpack to an apartment with lift access and no stairs. Would have been just $47 for ground floor (fair, no issue). so $102.70 to roll it it into the lift, take a 15 second ride in a lift and roll it out again. Not even assembly include in that price. Not sure how that additional cost is validated. As for the chair though. it's now assembled and very comfortable so the chair is highly recommended
Great quality product (stand up desk) and great after sales support. Would highly recommend this company.
