I went in for a livescan. I was willing to wait 20 minutes since she stepped out. I sat down to fill out the form. The gentleman was rude and when the desk made a noise he said "you break it you buy it." I walked out of there and went 3 minutes down the street. Just so you know, if your poorly made chairs break and cause injury, you will get sued. Totally unnecessary comment and unprofessional.

Nice enough lady, but I felt ripped off being charged $50 for a passport notarization. *Edit after seeing Owner's response: Uh oh, lady. You're showing your true colors! I showed displeasure at the exorbitant cost and you tried to belittle me by saying I'm poor (owner's reply attached below as I assume she will edit it). A reputable businessperson could have pointed to their posted rates in defense, but you did nothing of the sort because you don't have that posted anywhere in your store.
