Wish I could have used service. Went during open hours, gentleman greeted me and let me know they decided to take the day off. Bummer to drive all the way over to the area for this.

I went to get a livescans and the lady was quick and knowledgeable. She gave me information about other things that I needed and helped me out. I highly recommend this business. She is also a notary.

Went in for a live scan, left with regretful experience. Business is not transparent about the costs. Initially informed the cost would be $40, but later charged $90 (i'm assuming this included additional gov fees). The process was not well-explained nor thorough as I also had to fill in areas of the request form meant for the operator.

I went in for a livescan. I was willing to wait 20 minutes since she stepped out. I sat down to fill out the form. The gentleman was rude and when the desk made a noise he said "you break it you buy it." I walked out of there and went 3 minutes down the street. Just so you know, if your poorly made chairs break and cause injury, you will get sued. Totally unnecessary comment and unprofessional.
