I had a disappointing experience with this merchant services company and feel compelled to share my concerns. I initially came across their advertisements on Instagram, which made some misleading claims. One post stated they could completely eliminate credit card processing fees for business owners—an unrealistic and unethical claim, as those fees are simply shifted to the customer.
